The form collects name, email, nationality, city, education status, YÖK/YKS answers, program preference or question, language and source page.
Data and processing
Data is used to assess eligibility, answer the request, support an EMU application, protect the service and meet legal duties. Where needed, data may be shared with authorised EMU units and essential service providers.
Sharing and safeguards
Processing relies on your request before service, legitimate interests, legal duties and, where required, explicit consent. Cross-border infrastructure may be used subject to applicable safeguards.
Security and retention
Data is kept in access-controlled systems only for as long as needed for the request and legal duties, then deleted, anonymised or securely archived where law requires.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and withdraw consent for future processing. Statutory retention duties may still apply.
